ASAOC in conjunction with Swimming Australia has released the National GO CLUB Administration resources. These will be available for clubs through the ASAOC website along with assistance from the Development staff at ASAOC.
The aim of the Go Club Administration Training Program is to further educate swimming clubs and club personnel to improve performance and management structures, providing a better environment for all ASAOC members, athletes, coaches, officials, administrators and parents.
Swimming clubs are the backbone of our sport. They are a vital cog in the high performance pathway and provide opportunities for swimmers at all levels and of all abilities to participate in this great sport. These forums support the volunteers whom manage these clubs and provide an opportunity for clubs to learn from each other.
The GO CLUB Administration resources have been developed in conjunction with the Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association (ASCTA), the State Swimming Associations, and from feedback attained directly from clubs in the GO CLUB PB workbooks.
