Memberships Services Officer All aspects of establishing the software applications for any swim meet. (Entries, results, program production) Manage all processes relevant to membership transfers and new membership applications. Establish and maintain an equipment register/log and to determine with input from the events and development team the resource requirements for the library. All reception tasks including telephone inquiries, email inquiries and personal attendances at SWA Office. Develop and maintain a system of filing and records.

Media and Public Relations All aspects of ASAOC activities through recognized media outlets, ASAOC website, preparation and production of the Annual Report and almanacs. Set the strategies on types of communication methods to be implemented to ensure effective communication between staff, membership, stakeholders and the broader community. Establish a comprehensive promotional program to broaden the scope and reputation of ASAOC. Promoting the organization with the objective of gaining greater participation in the sport.

Accounts Officer Maintenance of all related financial records and tasks, leave entitlements, petty cash, assist transfer applications for batches (Swim on line), centralize all grant information, contracts, manage payroll, monitor affiliation process.
