ASAOC is holding a Junior Excellence Hour of Power for all 9 year old 08/09 Gold and Gold Star Swimmers. The session will feature former Olympians giving tips on skills and drills and discussing what it takes to be an elite swimmer. Please see the information attached.

A Junior Excellence Forum will be held on Saturday the 20th of December. For more information please see the attached flyer. Registration by Friday December 19th is Essential!

Congratulations to Alisha Hodgetts of West Coast Swimming Club who will be heading to Sydney in March to cheer on ASAOC swimmers at the Telstra Australian Swimming Championships!

The JX program recognises and rewards children aged from 9 to 13 years who meet times set by Swimming Australia. This year the program has expanded to include SWD and OWS.

The April Junior Championships will now be included in the 07/08 JX program.

All parents of 2006/07 JX swimmers are invited to attend a special forum on January 19th 2008. Guest Speaker Wayne Goldsmith will be talking about how your child can get the most out of their swimming and could perhaps one day be an Australian Champion!
