Commonwealth Record to Carroll
Australian Medley Queen Lara Carroll added a Commonwealth Record to her string of international successes at the World Cup in Sydney this weekend with Jim Piper, Mark Riley, Adam Lucas and Sally Foster all making top three finishes.

Skins Win for Piper, Lucas & Carroll
ASAOC’s Jim Piper, Adam Lucas and Lara Carroll all claimed first prize in their events at yesterday's Swimming Australia Skins meet in Sydney with Eamon Sullivan, Steve Neuwert, Matt Lenton and Mark Riley all making finals appearances.

Hancock FMF AA Distance Meet to West Coast
The Hancock Family Medical Foundation AA Distance meet held this weekend at Challenge Stadium saw West Coast take the first place Pennant with solid performances spread across junior, age and open squad members.

Swedish IM Champion Trains with West Coast
Sweden’s swimming champion Axel Pettersson arrived in Perth on Monday to begin preparation for the Sydney World Cup with local Olympian Adam Lucas and West Coast coach Grant Stoelwinder at Challenge Stadium.

Bunbury Development Camp Success
The most successful Development Camp held to date by ASAOC in partnership with the Department of Sport and Recreation was held from 5th October to 8th October, 2005 at the South West Sports Centre, Bunbury. The camp attracted squad swimmers from all over the State in a bid to develop our talented swimmers into future champions.

The final weekend of competition at the Hancock Family Medical Foundation State Age SC Championships saw another 36 records broken by 11 swimmers.

Three Selected to Australian SC Team
Following a successful Australian Short Course Championships in Melbourne, three ASAOC athletes have been selected to the Australian Team to compete at the World SC Championships in Shanghai next April.
