The FINA World Championships in Rome has concluded with Australia taking home four gold, four silver and ten bronze medals.

The date for the AGM has not been confirmed but it will be in the first half of October 2009 and I hope to be able to confirm the date shortly. In the meantime it is important that members are aware that there are a number of positions to be elected at this AGM. The attached documents are for nominations for positions on the standing committees and for the Board. These documents must be completed and returned to me by COB 9 September 2009. The process for election will be by electronic vote through elections Australia and all results will be available on the day of the AGM.

Incorporated clubs playing in a recognised sporting competition over the 2009/10 Summer season may apply for up to $2,500 for initiatives to make their clubs safer, healthier and to train and educate volunteers.
